The magazine rack Vagspel has become a signature product for Materia. Its rippling, moulded wave shape in birch or beech decorates the magazine rack and follows the natural shape of a magazine or newspaper. The wave-shaped band gives a neat and orderly impression, even if the magazines or newspapers themselves are in disarray. Vagspel with seven waves is also available in oak or white lacquer. The back of steel plate is powder-coated in white, black or silver-grey. Vagspel is also available as a notice board with a sheet-metal back for magnets or with a sound-absorbent grey linoleum back for pins. Vagspel is also available with a whiteboard or a mirror. An entire wall of the magazine rack in a library or foyer makes for an attractive feature.
The series also includes papperskorgar in various sizes and coat hangers (floor stand or wall-mounted). Several of the products in this series have received designed awards and are represented in museums.
